5月20日，湖南省首场《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）专题培训在湘潭举行。市政协副主席唐杰，省贸促会党组成员、副会长邓罗兴等出席开班仪式。湖南启新供应链管理有限公司受邀参与学习。

On May 20^th,Hunan first RCEP training meeting are held in Xiangtan city. Jie Tang- Xiangtan city government vice president and  Luoxing Deng -one of the Party members as well as vice president from Provincial Councial for the Promotion of International Trade attended the opening ceremony. Hunan Keysun SCM company LTD are invited to attend this meeting

本次培训由省贸促会、长沙海关共同主办，由湖南国际商会和湘潭市贸促会联合承办，是各方迅速反应、贯彻落实庆祝中国贸促会建会70周年大会暨全球贸易投资促进峰会精神的生动实践，旨在进一步鼓励企业以RCEP实施为契机，精准运用协定规则开拓国际市场，提高法律风险防范意识及应对能力，进一步提升贸易和投资发展水平。

For this meeting, the sponsor is Provincial councial for the Promotion of International Trade and Changsha Customs, while the purveyor is Hunan international Chamber of Commerce and Xiangtan city councial for the Promotion of International Trade. It is the active practice of all the parties implementing and quick responsing to the 70^th Anniversary of China councial for the Promotion of International Trade and Global investment promoting summit, in order to promote enterprters to use RCEP rules to explore the international market, and stengthen Riskprevention awareness and coping capacity,finally promote international trade and investment level.
